ËÄ Operation Flow Chart
1. Supplier shall fix the Electrical Energy Meter for the customer.
2. Make a record of the user¡¯s information, finishing the process of opening account..
3.Management Department will customize the user¡¯s card by card reader, programing necessary working data.
4.User put the user card into the electrical energy meter, at the same time the working data will be transmitted to the IC card, so as the data store in the IC card..
5.When the remaining electricity in the IC card is larger than zero, the meter will open the controlling switch for customers usage; while the figure is equal to zero, the meter will close the
controlling switch, and customer is not allow to use the meter.
6. When there is no money in the IC card, customer shall go to the management department and pay for some electricity, the system can read the data and make analysis through card reader, new data will be transmitted to the user¡¯s card.
7. User put the user card into the electrical energy meter, the purchasing amount will storage in the electrical energy meter.
